1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.

2. Services

Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in signed proposals or statements of work. Those documents prevail over generic marketing content on this website.

3. Intellectual property

All site content, logos and copy are the property of LaunchPoint Consulting. Client-facing deliverables produced under an engagement are assigned per the terms of that engagement.

4. Payments

Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest and suspension of work.

5. Warranties & liability

Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
